Last week, Isabelle our new Marketing & Collaborative Programs Manager has joined her 1st consortium meeting with TAKEMI5 & TAPES3 ECSEL Projects partners at the awesome imec Tower.
ECSEL Projects TAKEMI5 & TAPES3 are European Collaborative Projects of CATRENE’s cluster managed by AENEAS and coordinated by ASML. It gathers 8 countries and around 27 participating companies, RECIF Technologies and imec among them.
TAKEMI5 includes development of lithography, patterning, metrology, process & integration technologies enabling module integration for 5nm node. The project was kicked off in March 2017 in the very same place.
TAPES3 is a younger project from 2018 and running for the requirements of 3nm patterning.
Based in Leuven (BE) imec is a world leading R&D and innovation hub in nanoelectronics and digital technologies. Key player of the industry imec is also a very active member of AENEAS association and European Projects.
