PrintRECIF Technologies received a multi-million order (€) as exclusive wafer sorter & buffer supplier, from new wafer Fab in Far East Asia.
This new project reinforces the adoption of RECIF Technologies’ new products, which are the G5 wafer sorter, as well as its new concept of wafer sorter-buffer, the FLM300.
