RECIF Technologies provides a wide range of training courses adapted to both the tool range and the customers’ specific needs. 3 training centers (France, USA, Taiwan) and the team of instructors enable intensive internal and customer trainings to be conducted worldwide.

 

Our training offer adpated to your equipment and need :

  • The Operator Level 1 TRAINING Course :

This course is designed to present the tool to the potential operators who need to acquire basic knowledge in order to operate correctly the tool.

 

  • The Maintenance Level 2/3 TRAINING Course :

The course applies to RECIF tools that do not carry out critical wafer manipulations.
The Maintenance Training class pertains to the tool hardware and software architecture and operations, the thorough tuning, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of the equipment.
The second part of the class focuses on the adjustment, disassembly and assembly of all relevant tool parts in order to place an emphasis on hands-on training.

 

  • The Basic Maintenance Level 2 TRAINING Course :

The course applies to RECIF tools that carry out critical wafer manipulations.
The course introduces the tool to technicians who will be brought to carry out monthly preventive maintenance and error recoveries on the tool while providing the necessary knowledge of the tool in order to carry out these procedures.

 

  • The Advanced Maintenance Level 3 TRAINING Course :

The course applies to RECIF tools that carry out critical wafer manipulations.
The class provides advanced maintenance training on RECIF tools that carry out critical wafer manipulations.
This class covers the adjustment and replacement of all main assemblies. It also addresses in detail the electronic and mechanical architectures, troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.
This class is dedicated to hands-on manipulations on the tool.

 

  • The Expert Maintenance Level 4 Training Course :

The Expert Maintenance Training class pertains to the tool hardware and software detailed architecture and operations, the spare parts replacement procedures (Load port and sorter), the adjustments & calibrations procedure (Load port and Sorter) and advanced troubleshooting of the equipment.
The course is designed to train customer technicians in order to reach an expert level of knowledge and comprehension of the tool’s operating principles, architecture and maintenance procedures. The goal is to certify technicians that will thereafter be able to carry out tool installation procedures, spare parts replacement procedures, any preventive maintenance procedures, advanced troubleshooting and any adjustments & calibrations as may be required by a tool in regular operation in the fab.

 

  • The Refresher TRAINING Course :

The course applies to RECIF tools that carry out critical wafer manipulations.
The course acts as a recap for certified technicians that have not been working on the tool for a long period in time an who will therefore lose their certification as mentioned in the post-requisites for the advanced maintenance level 3 class.
