Management Team

	Alain JARRE Chairman & CEO Alain has over 20 years of international experience in high tech industry (Semi-conductor, Telecom & Smartcard). Alain started his career with Schlumberger, where he held several technical positions. He then moved to STMicroelectronics for 10 years including 3 years in Japan. Prior to joining Recif Technologies, he was Deputy General Manager of the Mobile Product Line at Oberthur Card Systems. Alain holds a Master of Science in Electronic and Computer Sciences Degree and a MBA.
	Sandrine VINET Chief Financial Officer Sandrine began her career in 1992 as Chief Financial Officer of the computing services company CELAD. Then she was CFO in a subsidiary of a major Bank, NATIXIS DML until 2003. In 2004, she joined the company RESISTEX, Manufacturer and distributor of decorative and architectural lighting. She arrived in RECIF Technologies in June 2007, where she initially served as Deputy CFO before being appointed as CFO in July 2009. Sandrine graduated in 1991 with a master of accounting and finance (MSTCF).
	Jefferson CHANG General Manager of RECIF Technologies Taiwan Jefferson has more than a decade of international business experience in the Semiconductor industry. Jefferson started his career with a German company Steag AG. He then moved to Mattson Technologies for several years, where he held several positions & products. Prior to joining RECIF Technologies, he was a Regional Sales Manager of SCP technologies Asia for three years. Jefferson finished Diploma Degree in Electronic Engineer, then he completed his Bachelor Degree in Marketing at Curtin University Australia
	Bill STOWELL General Manager of RECIF Technologies USA Bill began his career in the Semiconductor industry in field service nearly 30 years ago. Bill spent 3 years at Drytek as a Senior Field Engineer and focused on advanced plasma sources, 11 years at Lam in Operations management and Business development roles concentrating on expanding Service, Spares and Upgrade revenues, and 13 years at Ebara fulfilling roles in Global Operations and Technical marketing in the CMP market. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering, completed at the State University of New York.
