NGC450 project presented at European Nanoelectronics Forum 2011

NGC450-CT306 project, labelled by CATRENE, will be introduced during the Poster / Demo session of the European Nanoelectronics Forum 2011, held in Dublin on November 15th and 16th.
The goal of this project NGC450-CT306 is to enable in Europe the development of a wafer handling platform, dedicated to support the 450mm wafer size transition.
