RECIF Technologies announces the release of the G5+, its new 300mm wafer sorter platform. This new generation of tool has already been installed at world leading sites in Europe, USA, China and Taiwan.
The G5+ takes benefit from newer technologies and modules integrated and tested throughout 2012 – 2015. It aims at setting a new benchmark for the 2015 – 2025 decade.
This new wafer sorter is providing IC manufacturers the ultimate productivity solution for 10 nm nodes and beyond.
The G5+ results from a design taking into account the requirements driven by the need for more robustness, better cleanliness, better architecture.
